Every review on this page is read live from the Google profile. We do not type them out, we do not choose which ones appear, and we cannot reorder them. What you see here is what is on the profile right now.
That matters more than it sounds. A page of hand picked quotes on a company website proves very little, because anyone can write those. A review left on Google, Yelp or the Better Business Bureau sits on a platform the company does not control, attached to a real account, and it stays there whether the company likes it or not.
If you are checking us out before booking, the useful thing is not the average score. It is reading a handful of the recent ones and seeing whether the job you need doing comes up, and how it went.

Google. The largest set by a long way, and the one most people look at first. The reviews shown on this page come from here.
Yelp. A separate profile with its own reviews and its own filtering, which we have no say in.
Better Business Bureau. Accredited, with the rating and any complaint history on the profile. If you want to see how a company handles things going wrong, this is the place to look.
Facebook. Recommendations from the page, mostly local.
We do a lot of jobs and not every one of them is perfect. When something is wrong, the fastest route is a call to the office on (214) 550-3348, because most problems are a return visit rather than an argument.
If you have already left a review about something that went wrong, we still want the call. A review that ends with the problem sorted is more use to the next person reading it than one that does not.
If we have worked at your house and you want to leave a review, Google is the most useful place for it, because that is where most people look first.
The detail that helps is what the job actually was and which technician did it. That is what tells the next person whether we have done their job before, and it tells us who on the crew is doing good work.
